| 2. | What can be sent ? | | | Right now you can send any of the items that are listed in our various categories, anywhere in India. However, for the cakes and fresh flowers , please go through the list of cities that we cover before placing your order as these two items have to be purchased locally for their freshness and hence can be delivered to those cities only where we have our offices. | | |
| 3. | How are the products quality ? | | | All the items confirm to the strict quality standards of Rami Plus and are purchased from the best shops in town. We do not believe in compromising on quality. | | |
| 4. | How gift are delivered ? | | | All the items are delivered by either national level couriers or Indian postal services depending upon the location and the remoteness of the recipient and the nature of the gifts.

| 5. | In which cities/towns gifts can be delivered ?
| | | All the items listed on our site can be delivered anywhere in India. However, the cakes and flowers are delivered to select cities only as these two items have to be purchased locally for their freshness and hence can be delivered to those cities only where we have our offices. Please go through the List of Cities we deliver before placing your order for these two items.

| 6. | What is the credit card security ?
| | | To ensure the safety of your credit card information, the details are processed by CCAVENUE, our authorized online retailer, using SSL encryption on their servers. The details of your credit card never come to us. Hence your purchases made on our site are fully safe. | | |

| | | Our authorized online retailer, CCAVENUE accepts Credit Cards ( Visa, Master card, American Express, Discover / Novus) for all orders placed online. | | |
| 8. | What is the delivery time duration after the payment is made ?
| | | We normally allow ourselves 72 hours for delivery unless otherwise specifically mentioned by the customers. If the gifts are to be delivered on some specific date, please mention it in the " Special Instructions Box " which appears on your screen at the time of the payment. | | |
| 9. | Are the items delivered as shown on the | | | web page ?
All pictures displayed in this site are those of the actual product which is to be delivered, but Rami Plus, reserves the right to deliver a similar / alternate product from different source for reasons beyond its control. However, in no case will the quality of gifts be compromised. | | |
| 10. | Can receipant return the goods after delivery if they do not like ?
| | | Please note that we do not have a refund policy. However, if a receipant is dissatisfied with the quality or the quantity of the products delivered, he / she should notify the Rami Plus within 48 Hrs of the delivery of the gifts. In such an event , we may replace the items delivered subject to an approval by our Q C department. For such and exchange , the goods delivered will have to be sent to our Head Office at the recipients cost. However, we will pay for the delivery of the exchanged goods to the recipient.
Please note that no complaint for an exchange will be entertained if the same is made after 48 Hrs. of the delivery of the goods. | | |

| | | The rates displayed along with each product are all inclusive of shipping and forwarding charges and you do not have to pay any thing extra apart from the actual prices shown along with the respective items. | | |
| 12. | What is the procedure if delivery is not done or is late ?
| | | Prompt delivery of your gifts is our prime concern and we are confident of providing timely delivery. However any delayed or early delivery for whatever reason (s) shall not entitle the user for any damages from us. In case of non-delivery, or if we cancel your order due to any reason under unavoidable circumstances, we shall refund you the money as early as possible.

| 13. | How to change the given order ?
| | | The order can be changed only if it is intimated to us within 3 hours as the processing of all orders starts at 10.00 am IST and almost all the gifts are delivered /shipped the same day. You cannot change the order value, you can only replace it with an item in the same price category.

| 14. | Is it possible to send message with the gift ?
| | | Yes, you can send message along with your gifts. Just type in your message in the " Special instructions Box" which appears on your screen at the time of the payment. Your message will be sent along with the gifts.

| 15. | What is the order cancellation procedure ?
| | | You can change your order or request for a message / address change within 3 hours of the order being placed but in no circumstances will cancellation of order be allowed. You cannot change the order value, you can only replace it with an item in the same price category.

| 16. | What if the delivery address is wrong or the recipient does not stay there ?
| | | We will try to inform you of such an eventuality. You can inform us to change the recipients address within 5 hours of receiving our message, else your order will be cancelled and no refund will be made. But under no circumstances will the gifts be changed. In case of perishable commodities like sweets, cakes, flowers etc., an extra charge (our cost price) will incur for re-purchase.

| 17. | After placing order how it proceed ?
| | | As soon as you enter the order successfully, a message is sent to us, at Ahmedabad, India. We start processing all orders at 10.00 am IST and make sure that the delivery is made (shipped by the appropriate mode of dispatch to be decided exclusively by us ) the same day. In the events of the recipient not currently available or neighbors not accepting the gifts on behalf of the recipient, we will try to deliver it the next day by leaving a note for the recipient to contact our local office. Almost all deliveries are acknowledged by the signature of the receiver and an e-mail is sent to you if there is a return message, after the delivery is complete. This ends the gift process.
